Netstar - The Eskom of Car Trackers
No chance in hell would I recommend this repulsive company. Would rate it negative stars if I could. The Eskom of tracking companies. Their incompetence, shocking service from the reps, complete lack of communication is absolutely abhorrent. Their systemes have not worked in months, our vehicle was taken, it didn't notify us, the vehicle crashed, still didn't notify us. Completely preventable if the product worked. The whole thing ended up costing upward of R25 000 and still no explanation seven months later. AND IT IS STILL NOT FIXED.

Busamed Private Hospital Gateway
Would rate it negative stars if that was an option. Abhorrent and disgusting service. My seventy year old mother was admitted for a back op, can hardly walk, DR Coleman's rooms needed us there at 6am and forced us to wait in reception until midday and wheeled her into theatre in the clothes she arrived in, with her bags on her bed. Nurses never washed their hands - ever, played on their phones all day, picked their noses, no communication whatsoever. It's honestly repulsive behaviour. Plus you can never get hold of anyone. nd this is what you pay ridiculous amounts of money for? They should be in jail.

Tried for four weeks to change banking details and nothing has been done. Numerous calls and emails. They are absolutely terrible

Incompetent fraudsters
Shambolic ambush marketing and fraud. Cancelled with them years ago and despite our insistence, never updated their side, never renewed and never signed anything, they bill us every month for years. After repeated attempts for them to produce a signed contract - nothing and now want to hand us over. A bunch of incompetent charlatans.
