Service from Bonitas is beyond a joke. Have been trying to wrap up my mom's estate. I have jumped through all the hoops and made more than 50 calls, which have apparently have been escalated, to try have have the savings refunded. Every time I call there is a new story, clearer ID, proof of Estate account, Bank Statement from Estate account etc. This has been done multiple times and nobody can give me a straight answer. Nobody calls back as promised, this has been going on for over 6 months now, utter ridiculous and unacceptable
After opening a new 2lt Clear Apple Liqui Fruit we discovered a huge gelatinous lump of mould in the juice and many smaller particles. Reported it to @pioneerfoods. I got an apology letter - no replacement, no voucher no nothing. Please do not support this brand as they do not support their customers and don't care about their potentially poisonous juice hurting children.
MTN HAS ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEIR AGENTS, WHEN YOUACTUALLY GET TO SPEAK TO ONE, ARE RUDE AND VERY UNWILLING TO HELP AND JUST PUT THE PHONE DOWN IN YOUR EAR. THERE IS RAMPANT ***** GOING ON AND NOBODY BOTHER TO REPLY TO MAILS OR TAKE YOUR CALLS SERIOUSLY. A BUNCH OF INCOMPETANT IDIOTS WHO DO NOT GIVE A DAMN. SHOCKING DOES NOT EVEN BEGIN TO DESCRIBE HOW USELESS THEY ARE.
I ordered 2 bath mats of the colours available. They take your money and then 2 weeks later when you start to query where your delivery is then they say sorry but the colour you wanted or the product is sold out. Now to get them to give you your money back is another story. A BUNCH OF THIEVES. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. THEY DESERVE TO BE IN JAIL FOR FRAUD.
