I visited Noise Boys in Pretoria North today, 10 November 2025. I was given a quote by the "manager" at first, he having looked at all my existing exhaust parts, sizes and dimensions displayed on my Opel Corsa bakkie. After we mutually agreed to have the exact same parts fitted at a set price of R2800.00, I ordered them to proceed with installation as agreed. After installation started, I noticed an inferior, smaller first part was installed after the exhaust outlet. I went to this gentleman and politely asked why was the part 100mm long instead of the length he quoted me on, which were like 200+mm long! He got extremely agitated and claim they all work the same! I demanded a longer part be fitted to match my 250mm long original, which he quoted me on earlier. That got him even more angry and he eventually expedited my request, obviously extremely angered by my "cros****amination"!!! If only he would have told me they had not the same size parts in stock, it would have let to alternative choices from my side. Then they eventually proceed to fit the bigger flexible Stainless Steel part, only to notice later on, during their installation, that they have installed the final, last 300mm last silencer box, instead of the 500mm box I displayed during my initial quote! When I again approach the manager to enquire about this inferior fitment, he got totally out of control telling me, the customer who has all the right to ask questions, and I quote: "Nou soek jy met die verkeerde man ***" pushing his finger against my nose!!! I immediately left and went to the Pretoria North Police Station to report this violent aggressive incident against a client. I wish to warn elderly people, and the general public against Noise Boys Pretoria North!!! I was eventually "forced to be" helped by another branch and had to bear unnecessary inconvenience and extreme discomfort!! I am extremely traumatized by this incident because I am a pensioner turning 61 years of age soon, yet were treated very badly by someone who are suppose to serve the general public politely and with respect!! I was also not addressed as sir, but merely as "jy en jou" by a person half my age!! This incident left me speechless!! It was such a despicable act against a customer, let alone an elderly person!!! My advice is: TRY TO AVOID SUCH SERVICE!
The Wi-Fi coverage is non existent in Walmansdal, Waterval area!!! They take my R680.00 pre-paid payment with a smile and then show me their **** while I try to use their services!!!! So disgusting!!!! So pathetic!!!! I went to Wonderpark Telkom to complain, they tell me to complain on Hellopeter Platform!!!??? Can you believe this??????? They take my HARD EARNED MONEY, yet offer no reliable services!!! They don't even has their own complaints department or Call centre!!!???? F*ck you Telkom!!!! This is similar to being ****d!!!
Centurion Mall iStore. 1 cashier, had to wait soooooooooo long just to pay for Magic Keyboard! When I made a noise, they finally came to help. When the transaction was done, she started talking with her colleagues, not saying thank you, thank you for your business, enjoy your day or F@ck off!! Nothing!! Terrible service! They have no training in customer service, relations, make clients feel happy with their service....NO! This is TOTALLY unacceptable!! I am a long time Apple client, who owns just about all their products, which I bought abroad, with excellent service with a smile. Not in South Africa, no!! Steve Jobs would have fired you all!! And terminate this AA agenda!!!
