Wanted to spoil my husband for his bday on the 21st March went to Calistos in cresta Mall......what a disappointment ordered waited for a whole hour then the kids meal came half an hour after that the pizza came and then another 15 mins the pasta i ordered came but was the wrong order they had to remake it after 2.5 hours i finally said lets go then waited another 30 mins to get the pasta that was incorrect and the waiter was jus assisting the table that was reserved by the boss we asked for water which never came we then sent our 8 year old son to order cold drinks they said they will bring never came as well Then after all this **** service he still says please tip pathetic will not be going here again
We went to Nando's in Cresta Mall on the 20th April as a treat for the fam the 2nd last day of ramadaan.....**** service i tell u we got there at 17h26 ordered and asked if they can bring water for us at 17h53 to break fast we are 12 they said ok. Time came we were still waiting for food and the water we ended up looking for anything in our bags to break fast with then i went to ask for water i was told they will bring it i must wait that too was said with attitude. the lady that helped us was pregnant then she comes with empty glasses and says oh do u want dates to break fast and we said yes it came but then the chicken came no extra plates to dish no cutlery and serviettes was given as well..... We asked for everything but we were hungry from fasting the hole day so we ate in our hands then when they saw this they sent plates but nothing else my mom buttered her rolls with her fingers....the started came afterwards one of which was the hot pot rice but still no cutlery for us to eat with......unsatisfied disappointed don't hunk u guys will be seeing us anytime soon or ever again **** experience period went home and was so angry that we spent 989 for such service and to see people that came after us and sit next to us gets great service plates and cutlery was even worse
I've been for years with Mtn this year since April I have been hounded to upgrade which I said yes to however agent didn't mention I will have to pay and early upgrade fee so I canceled then July I called to upgrade was told I can upgrade from 11 Aug 2022 called again then they said I mus call when my debit order goes off then I will qualify I did was assisted and agent said it's approved on the 30th Aug I have them a call to find out what's happening I got 2 different people that is saying I qualify for far less that's why it's canceled but I mus speak to the lady that assisted tried over 6 times and no one can transfer me only send her an email to contact me and nothing all I asked is for them to assist but kept getting told only Nadene can assist you further I honestly feel right now it's best to cancel my contracts and never recommend them to anyone else utterly dissatisfied and disappointed
