I opened a case with Miosa because Fnj sold me a s**** and said it's a demo car. The wind screen was not original, the car resprayed and buttons were not working. Miosa was on the dealer's side miosa said I'm of opinion of the whole thing I'm must take the car , I had to follow them for the dealer to answer. I specified that and send the contract says it's a demo car but miosa said I purchased a used car. Miosa doesn't care whether a consumer was sold a car unfairly . When I asked to get copy of their report I was told the assistant is on leave il get it when she gets back, I then called ask the whereabouts of the same assistant I was told she's at work. Dealers will never stop robbing people because Miosa is always on their side. I asked the case manager be investigated because their report was biased , in two days I was told they did nothing wrong while they twisted my report and what's on the contract. Miosa cases should be investigated especially related to fnj
I'm an unhappy customer, Absa Vereeniging I bought a car which was said to be Demo car , I logged a complaint to them that want to terminate the contract with the dealer that the car is a preowned not what was mentioned on the contract and the overpricing of the vehicle. They told me that they're closing the matter because the dealer said I'm happy. I'm two months without a car , I'm so frustrated my children aren't able to attend extra classes.
I bought a Renault Triber 2021 from this dealer which was financed by Absa , after a day I saw faults went back to the dealer. The car was said to be Demo but I discovered it was a preowned car, I contacted Absa that I want to cancel the contract, they investigated my case then ABSA replied by saying the matter is closed because the dealer said I'm " happy" , I went back the the manager Mohsin said they bought a car like that from Renault but the owner said he resprayed it by himself. The owner was so arrogant and said " no my darling I'm not gonna help you" and gave me his back. Absa lady Marketing Official told me the contract is binding me. Even though I was sold a car at fault. The car was even higher than the 2022 , on the contract made by ABSA they charge the car Radio - R13000, Air conditioner- R10000, service & delivery- R5950. The car is stapled inside. I refused to take the car back the dealer said I must take the car back as he was instructed by ABSA , and he told me he will sue me. I reported the matter to Miosa and they sent me the letter that they sent to the dealer and will get the answers in 10days . I haven't heard from them I send emails but no response. I'm paying my monthly installments to Absa while I dont have a car, and Absa is not saying anything to me regarding the matter.
