Worst service ever.. They don't care about they customers.. I've been having issues for the past two weeks all they do is say they logging a ticket.. They finally came out Monday and did a reinstall but it's been over 48hrs still no service speaking to the agents that don't even know what they are doing keep opening and closing tickets without anything been done it's no use paying for a service but 2 weeks can't use it I rather put more money and get a better service till today my issue is not resolved.
This company just sent me a message to except the debit order but no money has come into my account till now I don't know if this is *****
This has far been the worst customer service I have ever had there is no help that webafrica give to customers .. I had they services installed but the installation was absolutely poor the router is even falling down and pipes just exposed .. I then had no services for weeks when webafrica contacted me they said it will be resolved and a reinstall will take place and I will also be reimbursed for the days I have lost .. a ticket was logged and nothing has been done everytime I contact them they just log a ticket and after a few days they close it without anything been sorted out they customer service is Terrible and they don't even help us so I am basically paying for a service which is falling apart
