There was an issue with my order, the payment system erred but money was debited on my account, so no confirmation of order. I called the number on their website, the person who helped me was very friendly and asked me to send proof via WhatsApp so they could investigate. They reached back to me the next day, sorted out the issue and had my order dispatched on the same day.
I've been getting a call from Cartrack every time I switch off my car since 29 October, they receive a power event alert, my device could be faulty and they keep saying they will send a technician to assess and repair. Its been over 7 weeks now and I'm still waiting. I've reached out via WhatsApp, and calls and every time I'm told the repair request was logged and someone from scheduling will be in touch to arrange for repair but no one called me. I am tired of explaining the same thing every day, please cancel my contract.
I ordered a bedding set on the 14th July 2022 (order no: 63170781). The driver from the courier company called me on the 20th letting me know that he will be delivering on the day but never arrived. I called him back a few days later and he said his car broke down and he returned the parcel to the warehouse. I called Homechoice countless times enquiring about the delivery of this order and am told the same thing over and over again, they are investigation, order status says it was delivered to courier. I asked them to cancel the order since they are not interested in delivering it and the consultants say they cant cancel blah blah. Almost 2 months later I still don't have the order, and they keep harassing me with calls about specials everyday when they cant deliver an old order. Poor customer service at its best! I'm not wasting my airtime calling your customer service ever again.
