**** alert!!! Please don't order anything from Alison Coombes. She has a website fairybags.co.za She sends invoices and everything looks legit, but you never receive your parcels. If you inquire about it, she has 100 excuses!! If you insist on a refund she also has a lot of excuses but you never receive your money. Sadly it looks like I'm not the first to be caught by her! Only realised this after I ordered on her website and got suspicious because I didn't receive a tracking number and she kept making excuses. Update: I went to open a case at the police against her. When I send her a photo of the case I was busy opening she refunded me immediately but only partially,not the full amount. When I told her she didn't pay the full amount she made false promises once again. When I tried to log onto her website again today , I saw it's now under "maintenance"...... She also doesn't answer when you try to phone. So please stay away!!!

SCAM ALERT
Worst service ever. Placed and paid for an order three months ago. After numerous excuses from vibrant trade, I got in touch with the owner. Who is extremely rude by the way. She told me that they would refund me after weeks of trying to get my package from them. It's now been three weeks later still no refund and no parcel. They will tell you they've been busy they couldn't get to your parcel.Or there's been a problem with their courier service..... Then they'll tell you they will go send it with post net.... But they never send the tracking number. Or they just flat out start ignoring you! Terrible terrible service.... And most likely a scam if you ask me!
