If I could rate Less than 1 star, I will !! Be ready to get No Deposit back when you move out. The Owner of this Complex will take it all for no Legal reason. They say, the wheel turns, so let it Turn 🫡

No warranty on Battery’s
Be very careful when you buy battery's from them, they give zero warranty. I bought 2 x 200ah battery’s 4 months ago costing me R7000, now the one battery fail to produce even 80a of power. Contacted Alex regarding this matter and they refused to even try assisting me. So just a fair warning, don’t buy Battery’s with no warranty from them. Sorry to say, you will never see me again. People out there need to know of the poor after sales service.

Power situation in Modimolle
This power situation in Modimolle is out of control !!! 4 hrs off, 4 hrs on, even though the current loadshedding is on stage 3. No where in South Africa have i experienced **** like this 😡 The town is falling appart, roads are full off pot holes so big, you can swim in them when it rains. This is un human, no one can live in this town😡😡😡 People are fed up!!!!!!!

Very Poor Parts Quality
Very Disappointed with the quality of parts supplied by MPD. 24-03-2022 we bought parts from them to do a complete engine overhaul on a Cherry Tiggo. Within 3000km's the water pump failed, broke the Cambelt and bent valves. We contacted MPD Cape Town regarding the water pump bearing that failed with all the video's and photos as evidence. We were told to return the damaged parts and wait 2 weeks for the report. After numerus mails where we told them we can't wait that long and leaving our customer stranded, they finally gave us a new water pump and cambelt after a week. Installed the new pump and discovered that the new pump has a problem too, the pulley is wobbling very badly where the cambelt runs on.. Sent videos to MPD again and returned the 2nd pump. We then fitted a Masterparts water pump that does not wobble and works perfectly. After resolving the issue with the water pump, we unfortunately had to remove the cylinder head because of bent valves. After 3 weeks we received the report from their supplier stating that we overtightened the cambelt tensioner that caused the water pump to fail. Fortunately we're a 5 Star RMI workshop with 3 qualified Mechanics and 1 Master Technician. ( Note That Our Master technician is the only one allowed to do engine Re-builds. ) We will not accept this poor judgement from their supplier to go around and judge us for this fault, we have all the proof of both water pumps used and new that's defective. MPD also refuses to supply us with their supplier details so that we can contact this special Judge on how we do work. At the end they only supplied us with a cambelt and refunded us on the defective water pump. We had to pay for the R7392.51 bill because of the poor quality parts supplied by them. I WILL NOT RECOMEND ANY ONE TO BUY PARTS FROM THEM.
