****ty service, they don't respond to emails, calls and their whatsapp number you can't call on it neither do they respond to the texts. My order is over 10 days late and its been in the country for over 13 days. They are the most useless company ever

Great service
I have been going to Paul James since 2013. Charity does a phenomenal job on my nails and I have never been disappointed and so does Karabo on my hair. The staff is very friendly at all times.
