good day. i have been an active member +my son for more than 5 years. in August 2022 my problems began - i moved companies, email addresses, pay dates, and requested my son be removed as he was now studying as an adult. in brief, my correspondence begin around 15/08, giving them ALL NEW information both by phone, and via E mail. Zero response. to date. i have returned every debit order because it is STILL on the 1st of every month, as opposed to my request for the 6th. also the same debit value continued despite my request. i received CONFIRMATION , both by mail and cell, that all was corrected - until now, the 12/ 11 the debit order still reflects my sons portion, and they still attempt to deduct on 01 of every month Affinity is useless at ANY ADMIN, correspondence, and are still attempting to contact me on my old number. there is NO CONCERN for members, only for their precious debit orders. i have contacted Clientele legal and our Corporate lawyer, as they have not only left me and my son uncovered, but stuffed up my bank record at ABSA.
the saga continues with AFFINITY. once again, despite 3mails instructing Affinity to remove my son Ashley. ( i dont know why i keep writing the same complaint every week ). at terminal 6865, on 07/10/22 AGAIN A DEBIT ORDER FOR 3436.00 AGAINST MY EXPRESS INSTRUCTIONS. why why? affinity keeps saying they called me, but all i get is a spam caller, who rings twice then puts the phone down??? COULD THIS BE THEIR WAY OF COVERING UP THEIR CONTINUOUS STUFF UP'S??? AFFINITY, GET THIS - IF YOU CAN- I WANT A REVISED POLICY SCHEDULE ( THIS IS THE LAST TIME I AM ASKING ) WITH MY SON REMOVED. DO NOT CALL ME TO DISCUSS ALL KINDS OF JARGON.
after 7 emails and 4 personal calls from mid August until 30/09/2022, when i thought we were getting somewhere AFFINITY GOES AND ATTEMPTS TO DEBIT MY ACCOUNT WITH MY PREMIUM. I HAVE TOLD AFFINITY ( SINCE MID AUGUST, ) THAT MY PAY DATE IS NOW THE NIGHT OF THE 5TH - WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE?????????????????????????????YOU CONFIRMED , ON 3 OCCASIONS THAT IT HAS BEEN CORRECTED. AFFINITY, I NO LONGER WANT TO BE PART OF YOUR SERVICES.

ID 6009095024084, Derek ****rell. 1. i notified Affinity i have changed jobs and they must please do the debit order on 05/09 - they still attempted 02/09 - they also did not amend my cell number or email, until well into September 22. they send mails telling me that my son's premium is increased as he is 22. sent to the incorrect mail. no calls, no follow up on my mail. NOTHING. i have attempted to obtain a policy schedule, as i am paying 3446.00 - they cannot tell me what for??????? i sent a mail a week ago for them to remove my son as he will go onto CAMAF with my wife - still waiting for a reply or an amended policy.......................................... This is NOT THE STANDARD I AMUSED TO WITH AFFINITY, until now that i want to amend my policy. Affinity, you are QUICK to activate debit orders but --------- when something must alter at the clients request, you are all useless. Unless i have an amended policy within 24 hours i will be terminating immediately , given your non existent service.
firstly, my wife and i are( were ) Dischem people. No more. i PERSONALLY handed in a script from Dr JJ Viljoen 2 months ago ( script was for a 6 month repeat). i went in today - stood for 50 minutes as only two counters were operational. i get to counter 2, and confusion and attitude hits me in the face. CANNOT FIND MY SCRIPT ALTHOUGH I REPLENISHED IT LAST MONTH????? then your MADAM first accepts her lunch that she ordered, leaves me standing.............................. arrogance from her does no justice - i am asked who my doctor is ( they have no script from Dr Viljoen, and insists there is a script from a Serfontein - who? i know no such GP. then she wants to know if i am in the right Dischem?????????? ***. you have lost two loyal clients and you have an idiot that is supposed to be assisting people with medication. Good bye Dischem. your dispensary is useless.
Good day, i unfortunately got suckered into signing with these crooks 4 years ago. since my 1st debit order until today, i have received ZERO reply on the two serious occasions i needed help. I have NEVER received a card, membership number, or ANY RESPONSE from them. Try and cancel the debit order ABSA cant do it as apparently it is my cheque account debit order. BUT - they are ALWAYS the first to put their debit order through - whoever is reading these reviews - STAY AWAY FROM CLIENTELE , service is invisible, you will be wasting your money, big time.
