I’m so disgusted with the poor customer service M&T development provides their customers. What kind of a business sells you a house and don’t even bother cleaning it as if they’re not expecting a person to come live in it? I moved into my house on the 1st of September 2022, only to find my house dirty with red stained floor tiles, residue paint on my floor tiles, paint on all my door knobs and handles and bathroom basins, blocked drainages, old yellow toilet sits, broken floor tiles, and when I communicate with the selling agent Erika she just sends me an emails address for M&t homewarranty and when I email M&T it’s like I’m talking to a brick wall… I’m so exhausted with this ****ty development and if I could return my house, I would do so without questions asked. And I’m obviously never buying from them again. All they care about is the monetary transaction only.
Worst apartments I’ve ever stayed in. I’ve been bathing with cold or warm water from their geysers and when I ask them to come fix their geyser they tell me that their geysers have mixers inside which is why the water doesn’t need to be mixed with cold water but if that’s the case why do I bath with cold water 90% of the time? And their handyman took out his geyser mixer coz he had the same issue but now it’s okay for us to bath with cold water. On top of that they bombard us with extra payments called “ Fixed Network fees” in the middle of our leases which were not even included or spoken about prior to such lease activation then 2 months later they increase the so called “ Fixed network fee” then a month later they say they will be increasing rental by 8%. I asked to have my lease transferred to someone else as I couldn’t deal with this development company and they said it’s not possible. Why is it possible with every other rental development but not yours? The gates are always not work, they are open for 24/7 and they say we are safe and our cars are safe. How? And then now I gave them a notice to move out, they decided to not let their handyman know . I cleaned the place and moved out, they have the keys in possession but they are sending me emails to pay them rent and now they have registered me to credit bureaus and they want to blacklist me. For what exactly? Coz they even still have my deposit that I haven’t even received.
