I would love to log a complaint against Dialdirect i was involved in an accident on the 19th of February and i have been calling daily to be assisted but they keep on delaying the process its been 3 weeks now they a failing to come and collect the car n take it to the penal beater i have never been so ****ed in my entire life i cant if it was not for my car to be fixed i was going to cancel the policy right away i wouldn't recommend anyone to take up the plan its bull**** and a totak waste of time
