Great Service from Lazarus Mazda Centurion
What great service i received from Lazarus Mazda Centurion when servicing my Mazda CX5 and replacing a faulty door mirror under warranty. A special mention to Charmaine in the Service Department. She goes beyond to look after her customers and is always smiling and happy to assist. Its difficult to find such service levels these days. Well done Lazarus Mazda!!

M&T unprofessional!!!
We bought a property for the. At The Paddocks in Southdowns Estate In July 2021 There were snags they promised to come and make good. After a year of continuous fighting, they eventually came and did the repairs. Other home owners in the estate are still fighting and waiting. I have never come across such unprofessional company. I will never buy another property from them!!!

RIPPED OF AND UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!!
My daughters Ford Focus Ambiante has been in and out of Lazarus Ford with various issues and never sorted. At 60 000kms the engine failed and they quoted R93 000.00. I obtained alternative quotes for between R25 000 and R30 000.00.Eventually, with the help of Ford Customer Service, Lazarus Ford agreed to do the repairs for R30 000.00. I bet they still cover all their costs plus at this price!!! How does a engine fail at 60000kms after being serviced by the dealer??? WHAT A RIP OFF!!! I had to force a response out of them via Ford Customer Care. Not what you would expect from a "Blue Chip" Company!!!
