Pathetic Professionalism of Recruiting team when conducting an interview Appalling
I have been trying to get ahold of Sars for the longest time to fill my business tax- i have been made aware that i need to fill via email as i could not do it online as i have come across a error to do it and unfortunately could not go into a branch to fill the return - so i tried calling to get this done before the due date - Eventually requested a callback because one waits for more than hour just to get assisted then i requested the callback option - someone eventually calls me back today then i answered the call but then nobody was talking to me but yet the call was answered and then the staff is laughing in the background and chatting not aware that im still on the line - trying to get assisted to do this Return as it is their job - This is absolutely not okay for someone that runs a business and not having enough time as it is - to still deal with this pathetic call Centre service - I WANT SOMEONE TO CALL ME SO I CAN GET THIS RETURN FILLED SO THAT I AM ABLE TO GET MY BEE CERTIFICATE , i am not able to apply for a tender now because of this Sloppy Service i think many people are getting from this Government institution!!!!!!!!
I have purchased over a R200 voucher today and played the slots and have won absolutely nothing !!! this app just takes people's money and we never win over the period of 3 days I most probably played out over a R500 with different amounts loaded and WON NOTHING this is very unfair and coming across as ****ming while we play this app so much and loading vouchers and not win anything , even though one reads the game instructions but when the spinner stops on a possible win , one does not win win the amount displayed in tye instructions!!!! I am written this review not only because for as long as I have been playing and not won anything I'm writing this review as it has been like this ever since I played this game!!!
Today I was at the Woolworths in promenade mall , I have made a purchase for their famous pies , proceeded to the check out , paid and then moved towards the exit with a Woolies trolley , then I got rudely stopped by a security at the door and said I could not leave the store with the trolley , then the manager came along aswell to tell me i could not leave with the trolley as I had my two babies with me , I asked why could I not leave the store as I have purchased at woolies , i was directly and very abruptly disregarded to my request and then i was forced to remove my kids from the trolley and then left the store , which made the experience very unpleasant and i will never return back there as the manager was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional, which makes the shopping experience in that mall very unpleasant and uncomfortable, i mean what is the trolleys for!!! VERY BAD SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE IN THAT STORE and just so you guys read this the manager that came out was named Thabisa and the security company is Trident absolutely appalling!!!!
So im back with another review about Old Mutual , i have been back an forth with these people regards to a refund that i finally received after 3months of battling to get it reimbursed , i have cancelled my policy with this people because they double debited me in 1month , after i received my money back last month after countless visits to the branch in Mitchells plain , and contact center calls , to my Surprise i get Debited again yesterday for the "CANCELLED POLICY" How the F!!!! is that possible Old Mutual is ****mers i WANT MY REVIEW TO BE SEEN BY EVERYONE THAT HAS A POLICY WITH THIS PEOPLE AND HOW THEY ARE CONDUCTING THINGS!!!! now again i have to fight for my money back for another 3months !!!!!
I am absolutely appalled and disgusted by old mutuals service , I have opened up a funeral policy with OM a few months back , however I was deducted twice in one month on 2 different occasions when I tried query about this to old mutuals contact center I was expecting to get assisted and refunded almost immediately as it was a error on their side , I not just did not get assisted i couldn't even speak to a consultant as i was in the queue for almost a half an hour at a time , then decided to go in to a branch , got a refund request done then I needed to wait a month with not refund , decided to cancel the policy and demanded my money back , was at a branch numerous times but I am just being ignored, i WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO ANYONE , THIS COMPNY IS SUPPOSED TO BE A REPUTABLE AND TRUSTED BRAND BUT THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS AND PATHETIC!!!! I still have not till this day received my money back!!!!! This people are *******
I have made a online booking for a new id document at home affairs in Capetown, appointment was scheduled for 11 -12 am , however I got the appointment early and only left the building after 2 the afternoon, the staff are in personal calls whilst helping client , two people go to lunch at a time , I don't know how they are conducting their service out there I will never go back there ... When I go and complain at the supervisor he just rudely brushes me off and had me wait my turn , this is supposed to be a straight forward service that is why they have the appointment system but I'm sorry I will never go back to that branch the service sucks !!!!
i have book an appointment on the babs system for a application for my identity document, received my date for the application, only to get to the Mitchell's plain home affairs branch to be told that their cables had been ******, i then tried to rebook an appointment on the site , that firstly is not user friendly at all!, secondly called the toll free number for the contact center to get assistance and countless emails to the email provided on the site, but no response at all, the staff doesn't even know how to answer a call, escalate a query never mind rebook an appointment as per the website indicates if you as a south African citizen needs assistance to make use of this service that is claimed to be quick and easy... but is not, i was told by the very ***********ly consultant on the call that the manager would contact me to resolve this very serious query as one need an identity document , and still no response since last week already, been battling with this query for more than a month now.
I have purchased a Redmi At Mr Price promenade last year November. I have experience battery charging problems, booked in this unit in Belhar Mr Price, month later received an exact same sealed unit, 2months in having that device same problem persisted rebooked it with the request that I need a credit to exchange it for a different brand and just pay in the difference if I have to but got flat out refused. I am very disturbed and disappointed in the service to how Mr Price and Vodacom Deals with cellphone repairs, I have been back and forth with Mr Price and vodacom with this issue and I'm without a ozone for two weeks I am being given the run around and being offered a sealed unit again! I Don't want a Redmi Again I want a credit because I am very unhappy with this brand . I have been dealing with aneesa at canal walk and all she can say is the best the advance center out in jhb can do is give me a sealed unit! I have also explained to them that I work from my phone and they have the time to give me a back and forth run around just for a credit. This is absolutely unacceptable!
