*****, failure to repay deposit, withholding my money for close to half a month
Terrible terrible services Gqeberha branch and national I’ve paid an auction deposit 13 days ago yet no refund to date(refund time days 7-10 days) Emailing the lady named Carike made zero difference, no replies, so I called The most apathetic and rude person I’ve encountered. She refuses to help and bluntly says I can’t help you, Headoffice is handling your refund, I asked her to supply me with a name or number to anyone in Headoffice, this excuse of a woman says, unfortunately I can’t!

3 MONTHS AND COUNTING, NO SIGN OF MY PAPERWORK! MR SURESH PLEASE RESPOND
The worst auction company to deal with I bought a motorcycle in 2024 November, I paid immediately and I picked up the motorcycle from ST LUCIA, I signed the yellow form and I was told the paperwork will be submitted and sent to me. It is now 3 months gone, no sign of my paperwork, with numerous messages and texts sent to the company WhatsApp, to the manager SURESH, and the ladies in the offices, either they ignore my messages and calls, or they act up rudely, kicking me from pillar to post, THE MANAGER OF THE COMPANY SURESH, says that this isn’t his job, as it is now handed over to a third party company who will handle the documents. ADDED TO THE PRICE OF THE VEHICLES WAS A +-R2000 documentation fee, I queried with SURESH regarding why was I made to pay that amount, he says not my buisness!?! Apathetic responses all around!! IF YOU WANT TO BUY A VEHICLE AND SIT MONTHS WITHOUT PAPERWORK, RUNNING AROUND LIKE DOG FOR YOUR PAPERS, BUY FROM CUSTOMISED AUCTIONS, THESE ROGUES WILL CHARGE YOU NICELY FOR DOC FEE AND MAKE YOU RUN AND DANCE FOR THE PAPERS

LYING ABOUT THE CONDITION OF A VEHICLE, GIVING IT AN EXCELLENT REPORT, VAN DOESNT EVEN DRIVE A 100km AND FAILS…
I had the worst experience dealing with WeBuyCars, i purchased a vehicle on auction, trusting the dekra report, it showed that the van was fantastic and the mechanical side to the van was sound, here I am, the same day I took delivery, the van doesn’t want to even move properly. The van was deviously advertised with ALMOST NO FAULTS, engine was said to be “very good” On the dekra report, however the van is an absolute dud, it’s sitting in my showroom as a non runner, I escalated the matter to WeBuyCars and they’ve done nothing but make me run halter scalter but to no avail, I had to go and get an RMI APPROVED QUOTE FROM A MECHANIC, submit it, send mileage pics, so much of red tape and protocol, for them to decline it Take it from me, someone else got rid of their problem and dropped it at WeBuyCars, you’re buying someone’s **** which is washed and polished and put back up, advertised as faultless as possible!

NEVER EVER TRUST A DEKRA REPORT!!!! Biggest bull**** ever
Worst experience ever I bought from we buy cars, trusting a dekra report, the biggest mistake I made, this company is either bought off but we buy cars, or they’re working in cahoots them. I bought a car with the dekra showing every ads very good, engine wise. The car struggled to drive 70 km home Then couldn’t make it up the hill to the mechanics Dekra needs a third party company to do a report on their report By the way, this is the third time the dekra report ****!! I had two previous bad experiences, this last one stood out

Well stocked, perfect attitude and customer service that far beyond guarantee period.
It’s always a pleasure dealing with this buisness, from back in the day, when the dad wss in buisness, now handed to the kids, who are really making a go of it. Even if they don’t have stock, they never failed to make a plan and get stock, but what really amazes me, is sometimes after a month, they’ll call you back, and tell you, they’ve sourced your part, at a very reasonable price. I’ve noticed, they’ve got clientele in few African countries and Australia Well done Guys Keep it up
