Had a difficult time registering with this institution, but Team Leader Penny Ncobo at the Florida campus is the best thing that has happened to unisa
My claim is taking far too long. The vehicle left my possession in a drivable condition (12/04/2022). The assessor did not point out an engine fault or sump leak. I received the approval letter on the (20/05/2022) which was based on the above assessment. The tow truck operator who collected the vehicle from me, did not pick up a leak while transporting the vehicle from my possession. The other 2 tow truck operators also did not pick up anything. Also throughout the time the vehicle has been in your possession there was no mention of an oil leak. On the 09/06/2022 which is a full 2 months after you had taken the vehicle, I was informed of the oil leak. This back and forth has gone on for far too long now. I have been without a vehicle for exactly 3 months since the car was collected. The claim has been approved for more than a month and yet nothing has been done to complete the repairs. THe engine issue that has been brought up was not there when the vehicle was collected, the fact that your 1st assessor did not notice an engine leak or engine damage confirms this. I cannot be expected to take any responsibility for this issue that you as the expert failed to notice and provided approval without this issue being brought up. I am on my 3rd month without a vehicle now and have been paying installments and paying you as the insurance for this vehicle, though it is not in my possession. I find this extremely unfair and inconsiderate of you towards a client whom you should be assisting and ensuring that they are not inconvenienced in a manner like this. I am disappointed to say the least.
