It is one thing not delivering what was ordered, but not dealing with it after a complaint had been lodged is unprofessional. If they do not want to offer what is promised and paid for, maybe they should close their business and leave it to the professionals like Uber Eats or Bolt Food.
Never received a poorer service than this. They lied on their webpage about stock and messed my supplier around by inventing new delivery fees and in the end after much arrogance stopped communicating at all. They should be banned from the online market.
