WORST service. The Vox Portal does very little in assisting the user to update their billing mandate. For 3 months now I have had to receive a Suspension Notice because the Billing Mandate does not get updated on Vox's administration side. Trying to call the Accounts Department? Good luck, and I hope you have enough airtime! Waiting for over an hour for the phone to be answered, just to be cut off when someone finally took my call. Absolutely cannot WAIT for my contract to expire to that I can move to another provider.
When my sibling wanted to explore Cape Town after an awful separation, he only wanted to do so on a Vespa. We contacted the owner of Vestoration, on recommendation of a friend who's gotten his own Vespa serviced there for years, and were totally taken by surprise when we received a Vespa PX200 (1985) Acrabalino to use for the next two days, for free! What an incredible gesture, and way to end his trip down South! Thanks Vestoration.
