We've been out of power for over 10 days, we always struggle in winter with power due to ******* connections, all they good at is to cancel our reference numbers, no follow up from them regarding our request for the electricity to be restored.
I was services by Lindre Dortley that rendered a good service on behalf of the company, very calm and helpful.
I lost my phone last year and each time I call then there's no answer, even emails there's no response, I just stopped paying the installment cz they don't want to transfer me to the insurance company
