Tracy from the contact centre is a star!
I just got off the call a few minutes ago with a friendly lady from the contact centre named Tracy. She is so welcoming over the phone, super professional and funny too. She really brightened up my day by the way she responded to my call as I was really having a bad morning. She was very informative too, told me everything I needed to do in one go and that saves a lot of time and being sent from pillar to post. 5 golden stars for Tracy and her excellent customer service. Impeccable!!! :)

Excellent Service From Buhle & Mbuso
I got great customer service from 2 consultants at Mondo today and on Saturday. Buhle and Mbuso were really helpful and very friendly and kind. They even assisted me in my home language so I can understand in depth some of the terminologies they use.

Baragwanath Hospital & Bheki Mlangeni Hospital are much better than this horrible hospital
Had the worst birthing experience at Life Brenthurst Hospital! Everything was a mess besides the nurses and staff from the Maternity Unit and the Pediatric Unit. I wish the entire hospital had sisters like that. My stay at the Orthopedic Ward was beyond horrible! However there were a few nurses like Sister Phindile, Sister Xolelwa and the Caretaker Sis Thembelihle, kuddos to them, they were my light at the end of a very dark tunnel during my 1 week stay at that horrible place. The Nurses Manager is a very mean Indian guy by the name of Meh**** Yusuf or something, he is very audacious. If I wasn't a sickly patient I would have thrown several punches at him for the way he tried to act smart with me when I was requesting for the HOSPITAL MANAGER then he came and said he's the hospital manager.

WARNING: STAY AWAY FROM dingayo!! Utter rubbish of a doctor.
No matter what you do, do not opt for dingayo to be your gyne. I was treated like garbage post labour after he botched his sutures that led to me having sepsis. He raised his voice at me and pushed and shoved me amongst other things I have on recording. I suspect he goes on duty while under the influence or high on something. This is what happens when people choose to practice medicine just for the big bucks and not because of helping people. I wish his license could be revoked or something. I would not recommend this guy for even removing a splinter on your finger. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY AT ALL COSTS & if he's your last resort rather opt for giving birth at a public facility because you'll just be wasting your hard earned money.
