Useless customer care.
This brand does not even deserve a star. I bought a airfryer from them and it broke twice. It is so unsafe its switches on and off by itself adjust the time by it self. The second time it broke I requested a refund because it gave the same issues as previous. But they just responded with a simple no it can be fixed. Then i proceeded to ask them if I could get an extra 2 year warranty as I lost my faith in Bennett read and the aswer was a smiple no. DO NOT BUY BENNETT READ PRODUCTS.

Service manager
The workshop service manager does not have any customer communication he is rude and humiliated myself and my mother inlaw. I will never support them again. Could not even say Good morning ma'am how can I help you just made a big act about the wrong thing.

These people are scammers they want you to pay the money upfront and then you can get your car you are not allowed to view the car you must just pay.
