The feedback from my Phantom 4 pro to the controller started breaking up and there was a lot of green and black screen feedback. The feedback was also slow and I could not make video footage. I sent it to Fixology and I tested the machine twice since getting it back. The feedback is perfect and the service from Fixology was excellent. Shafiek kept me informed as to the progress with the work and Nathan supported him from a Snr management perspective. The drone went to dji for the final repairs and the fixology team ensured that it was fixed properly and they also worked hard with dji to keep the cost of the work realistic. Thank you Nathan, Shafiek and team for your quality work and excellent service.
ADK repaired my Phantom 4 controller. There communication was great, work was done quicker than expected and Muhammad kept me in the picture all the time. Fantastic service.
