Paid R71k for a new DJI Transmission kit. Never arrived. Never refunded. **** to, promises constantly broken. Eventually broke off contact after threatening legal action. Don't hand your money over unless the product is there and you never plan on going back. Nathan Appels is the owner, avoid them at all costs

I sent in my Phantom 4 for repairs and was invoiced R8000 to be paid upfront. They then told me they don't have the spare parts in stock and it needs to be ordered from dji China. After months of non-existent communication from their side, not picking up the phone, not returning any of my emails, I found out they have closed down and disappeared with my drone and money. Please let me know if anyone has any contact details.

I sent in my Phantom 4 for repairs and was invoiced R8000 to be paid upfront. They then told me they don't have the spare parts in stock and it needs to be ordered from dji China. After months of non-existent communication from their side, not picking up the phone, not returning any of my emails, I found out they have closed down and disappeared with my drone and money. I ordered additional gear for my drone and they never delivered. They promised to refund my account for the last 4 moths and now they are gone. I tracked down the owners name but no way to contact him. Please let me know if anyone has any contact with him.

Business Closed Down After Payment – No Response! I am urgently looking for anyone who might have a contact for the owners or representatives of FIXOLOGY. We paid over R6000 for drone services and repairs based on a quote, but the business has now closed down without delivering the service. We've had no responses to our emails or calls, and we're at a loss on how to proceed. We were referred to this company by someone we trusted, but now we're left with no service and no way to get our money back. If anyone has any information or a direct contact for these people, please reach out!

Business Closed Down After Payment – No Response! I am urgently looking for anyone who might have a contact for the owners or representatives of FIXOLOGY. We paid over R6000 for drone services and repairs based on a quote, but the business has now closed down without delivering the service. We've had no responses to our emails or calls, and we're at a loss on how to proceed. We were referred to this company by someone we trusted, but now we're left with no service and no way to get our money back. Still no resolving an issue with a defective drone. Warranty is active, and Fixology's Junaid tested it, found the same issue I had. This part of our dealings all went well. However, communication is virtually non-existent. Emails not answered, and the latest is they do not pick up the phone either. Two months ago I had to drive to Muizenberg to see them and drop off and later pick up the drone. Junaid, the person I worked with, was pleasant enough, and helpful, but after 2 months, I am no closer to a solution. And being dji's appointed service agent in South Africa, being unreachable is simply not cool. I have reported this to dji.

I sent a DJI Mini 3 Pro to have an arm and a gimbal replaced. They sent a quote which they said I must pay first. So I did. After numerous emails and phones calls, they kept blaming the supplier being out of stock. After 41 days of this, I demanded the drone back. The issue here is that they should never take your money when they know that they do not have the spares, nor when the spares will be available. Oh, and by the way, the only business activity of Fixology is to repair DJI drones!! There are other drone repair companies that can get things done from sending to receiving in a week.

The feedback from my Phantom 4 pro to the controller started breaking up and there was a lot of green and black screen feedback. The feedback was also slow and I could not make video footage. I sent it to Fixology and I tested the machine twice since getting it back. The feedback is perfect and the service from Fixology was excellent. Shafiek kept me informed as to the progress with the work and Nathan supported him from a Snr management perspective. The drone went to dji for the final repairs and the fixology team ensured that it was fixed properly and they also worked hard with dji to keep the cost of the work realistic. Thank you Nathan, Shafiek and team for your quality work and excellent service.
