I sent in my Phantom 4 for repairs and was invoiced R8000 to be paid upfront. They then told me they don't have the spare parts in stock and it needs to be ordered from dji China. After months of non-existent communication from their side, not picking up the phone, not returning any of my emails, I found out they have closed down and disappeared with my drone and money. Please let me know if anyone has any contact details.
Mtn mistakingly cancelled my contract and Fred was very helpful to explain and assist in the situation.
