Hello Everyone I have taken up a scratch and dent policy with Motor happy. They have some really good deals on the scratch and dent value added services. I'm happy to get value for money. The sales consultant was very informative and answered all my questions. I will await now and see how they treat me in future when I'm ready to register a claim. I have given 4 Stars. After a claim , I will be back here to update to 5 stars if all goes well. I have also another vehicle which I intend on adding on , if all goes well. :) Thank you
Best Insurance, very hard to find Insurance that has your back when the un expected happens. Never had a problem ever when claiming or needed assistance.
I have received an annual increase letter on the 1st of April 2024. I have then called netstar and spoke to some one and negotiated a lower premium, as I have been with netsar from 2012. They have agreed to lower my premium but they kept charging new rates. The rates were not amended. When the debit went out, they still charged me the new rate, I called in and from then till now, they all seem so *********** and always keep transferring me to new people and giving me new stories. I am quite fed up off NETSTAR especially been a loyal customer for so long, NETSTAR KEPT ON DEBITING ME THE NEW RATES right up until recently, I was also promised a refund and also a months free service due to their un professional employees that work for them. It's not about the money, it's about the principal behind things and they ****ed me off because every time I call them, they have not loaded any refund or month service free! (PLEASE LISTEN TO ALL THE VOICE CALLS FROM APRIL, MAY TILL NOW) nothings been done and it's always like a new thing that I have to keep explaining! NETSTAR WASTED MY ARITIME AND CAUSED ME ALOT OFF INCONVIENIENCE EVERYTIME I HAVE TO MAKE A CALL TO THEM. I am a very unhappy client , been loyal to NETSTAR but they cannot honor their words, So if they cannot honor their word, why must i still be loyal and pay for such terrible and poor service!. SO GOING FORWARD I WANT TO CANCEL MY NETSTAR AND ALSO WILL BE POSTING ON HELLO PETER SA TO LET PEOPLE KNOWHOW TERRIBLE THEIR SERVICE REALLY IS. I Will not pay the cancelation fee also, CAUSE I'M SICK AND TIRED OFF PAYING NETSTAR MEANWHILETHEY LIKE ROBBING PEOPLE. ATTACHED IS CORRESPONDENCE FROM SOME ONE WHO ALSO WHO NEVER KEPT TO THEIR WORDS.

Very disappointing that they do not understand their Client. I was with Hollard from 2019, They moved me over to dot sure, it has been 3 years that I have had no claims, I was due for the no claim reward this year Feb 2023. I emailed all required documents and also spoke to more then 2 consultants which promised to get back to me... Up until now.. no one has called or rectified this problem. I HAVE TO KEEP REPEATING MYSELF EVERY TIME BECAUSE NO ONE UNDERSTANDS.
Bidvest scratch and Dents I had damaged all 4 rimms on the way to visit family. Put a claim in and a day later the quote and repairs were approved. Interacted with Thembisi and BEST SERVICE AND BEST RESPONSE FROM INSURANCE EVER.
