Ordered Fibre which included a free router. Technician did the installation and advised that the router will be delivered the next day. Almost 2 weeks later, no router, which means I've had no internet service. Now I'm being billed a pro-rata fee for internet I COULD NOT access...and a delivery fee for a router that is part of the package as per YOUR WEBSITE? ****ING APPAULING!
One of the worst experiences in my search for institutions for 2025 studies. Website disfunctional, no course info, super unprofessional staff, phone numbers that are not working...definitely not hands I'd put my money and career plans in. Calling in to the Belville campus only to be blind transferred, calling back only for the call to be droppe, twice! Oh and your website does not work either
So I've contact Alexander Forbes for the past two weeks regarding my IRP5 form as instructed by SARS dating back to 2012. I am tired of your automated responses and having my emails forwarded to this that and the other. DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!!
