Terrible service and even worse customer service. Wifi is constantly down , slow or buffering. Iv tried calling their "office" number ( which is a cellphone number) it will ring and ring with no answer. "Good Day To All We are aware of the loss of internet connectivity and currently looking into it. We will provide further updates as soon as we conclude the root cause of the outage. Thank you for your patience and understanding The 121Net Support Team" That is the one message you will constantly receive from 121 Net. It's frustrating the lack of professionalism. Iv lost countless trades due to loss of connectivity. STAY AWAY!!
Recently moved in at Mason Arbour town in Amanzimtoti, KZN South Coast. All I can say is TERRIBLE service, Wi-Fi has been down a total of 6 times in less than 4 weeks, if it’s not down it’s super slow and all I get is excuses about the back office.As I type this review, yet again it’s down!! I’ve been calling the customer care line 0691200625 and NO answer. I’m frustrated, annoyed and fed up!!! Pathetic service, utterly useless!!!!
