Dear Absa After having had consider to move my insurance from ABSA, Today had a great services from Mbele mduduzo @Absa vehicle insurance customer services. He has convinced me not to move and given me reason which i am happy with, If I had his details I would currier flowers to him great service happy client. Thank you Mr Mbele for such a great service. BEFORE YOU BUY A CAR WITH Brother Executive Auto Roodepoort BECAREFUL !!!! On the 7th Oct 2021, I purchased a vehicle at Brother Executive Auto sales person Debbie Mocke, 7 days later on the 14th Oct 2021 I returned the car had signed warning message as no service was done the vehicle had shown warning lights the warning lights were then removed and car was collected, however on the 17th the car was towed to AA auto centre in Randburg Nasrin the service advisor confirmed the vehicle has been received diagnosis done on the car and technical report was provided as the car had a fuel pump failure, a quote was sent and service history was request BMW SA provide a service history and Brothers Executive Auto has not provided the detail 80 000 km service which was done on the car. therefore my claim was declared null and void due to failure to provide the warranty with the 2021 service invoice which was done when I purchased the vehicle. Now I had to personally pay valued at R11 000 for this from my own pocket when I have warranty covered on the vehicle, Worse service from with Jacques Van Den Berg, Which AA was willing to cover provided that I produce the documentation from the dealership. I then dealt with the most rudest manager when all I was asking for a receipt of the work done during the service. Its hard being black. I have now approached the NCC to lay complaint on this matter.
