March of this year, I had an unsatisfactory experience purchasing a car here and I wish to convey my extreme dissatisfaction. In an ongoing struggle for resolution, multiple issues plagued the recently acquired vehicle within the first week of ownership. Despite my efforts to seek assistance and communicate the problems, the dealership remained unresponsive, failing to acknowledge fault or provide the necessary support. Facing similar challenges, others must be aware of my unpleasant experience with this dealership. A car should not be purchased from here, especially considering the dearth of accountability and support.

BEFORE YOU BUY A CAR WITH Brother Executive Auto Roodepoort BECAREFUL !!!! On the 7th Oct 2021, I purchased a vehicle at Brother Executive Auto sales person Debbie Mocke, 7 days later on the 14th Oct 2021 I returned the car had signed warning message as no service was done the vehicle had shown warning lights the warning lights were then removed and car was collected, however on the 17th the car was towed to AA auto centre in Randburg Nasrin the service advisor confirmed the vehicle has been received diagnosis done on the car and technical report was provided as the car had a fuel pump failure, a quote was sent and service history was request BMW SA provide a service history and Brothers Executive Auto has not provided the detail 80 000 km service which was done on the car. therefore my claim was declared null and void due to failure to provide the warranty with the 2021 service invoice which was done when I purchased the vehicle. Now I had to personally pay valued at R11 000 for this from my own pocket when I have warranty covered on the vehicle, Worse service from with Jacques Van Den Berg, Which AA was willing to cover provided that I produce the documentation from the dealership. I then dealt with the most rudest manager when all I was asking for a receipt of the work done during the service. Its hard being black. I have now approached the NCC to lay complaint on this matter.

I wish I would have read the negative reviews before I bought a vehicle from this shady establishment, as soon you take delivery of the vehicle you’re on your own. I bought a 2021 Polo GTI from “salesman” Jacques Scholtz, I was not told the vehicle had previous paint work, he added that to the delivery and acceptance forms AFTER I signed them, I only realised when I asked for a copy and it noted “cosmetic spray work”, on delivery I was told they can’t find the spare keys and I would get them the following Monday, Monday came and went, 2 weeks went by until Jacques started ignoring me, I had to visit the dealership daily and demand to talk to the dealer principals for them to finally make the payment for the keys, the used car manager Gareth has a short temper and gets agitated whenever you ask him to intervene, they then registered the wrong car in my name, it took them forever to correct it, when they finally had the right paperwork and plates they did not even apologise for the whole experience, I’d rate their customer service and after sales 0, it’s all about the sale, ONCE YOU ACCEPT DELIVERY YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN.

Bought car, took it back for defects, went 2nd time for same defects, and now am going for third time for another defects. And they refuse to give me courtesy car or reimburse my costs consideration am +-70km away.

We had the best service from Brothers Auto Roodepoort. Saw the car on Autotrader, phoned, and spoke to Petro Blom. When I arrived at the dealership, they had the car ready for me to test drive, and my overall experience was just great. Everyone was friendly and efficient and would highly recommend them. Thank you Petro and team.

We had the best service from Brothers Auto Roodepoort. Saw the car on Autotrader, phoned, and spoke to Petro Blom. During 2020 I was trying to sell my car through auto trader as well as through different dealers without success. During this time I had Carien phone me a couple of times to assist me with the sale. Eventually I handed my car over to her and in 3 weeks the vehicle was sold. Outstanding service and feedback throughout the process. Well done Carien Deyes!

Should actually have no star. What shocking service. In the process of buying a car and then they sell the vehicles to somebody else. That makes me question their ethics. They cannot be trusted. Stay away!!!!
