After battling for 2 months to have my claim resolved, I eventually by luck got through to a lady by the name of Renatta Singh. Even though she was assigned to my claim, she went above and beyond to sort it out for me, providing me with feedback and keeping me updated. Renatta, thank you so much for you extraordinary service! You helped me a lot!
I can not express my absolute frustration and disgust in this insurance scheme. I have officially take this to National Financial Ombud Scheme South Africa. I have been waiting for almost 2 months to get this resolved. NOBODY Assists! I have been holding on the line now for more than 15min, no answer. ***???
Absolutely ridiculous service!! I had a massive storm whereby I had extensive water damage on the 15th of December 2024. I logged the claim the next morning. Not once has Ooba called me with an update. The first time I called them in the beginning of January I was told the service provider would call me, which was assigned on the 19th of Decemeber. The service provider then called me the same day just to tell me that they dont do flooring and they will send it back to Ooba. 2 days later, once again I had to call for an update, they told me a new service provider had be assigned. This service provider came out to do the assessment and Ooba would contact me regarding the rest. Today I called Ooba once again for an update - and the message I receive is - We have received the quote from the service provider, but the amount is too high, she will need to speak to a manager and call me back. Excuse me? There is no reason for the quote to be too high, the damages are extensive and there is a lot of work to be done. I has been an entire month since i logged the claim and to date we have no traction. This is totally unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!! STAY FAR AWAY from these people.
COOL IDEAS???!!! THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER IN MY LIFE COME ACROSS. You want to boast about being voted the best service provider for several years, yet it takes you a month to get us connected? I have logged numerous tickets, I have spoken to probably all the call centre agents in the connect department. I have even sent an E-mail to Andre Jooste. What is shocking is that there is NO FEEDBACK. If I don't call in, I won't know what the status is. I would hang my head in shame if I was a member of this business and my rating on HelloPeter looked like this. Shocking to say the least.
Cold caller never stop calling, Block one number and another calls you. Asked to have my number removed, doesn't happen. STOP CALLING ME!!1
We had the best service from Brothers Auto Roodepoort. Saw the car on Autotrader, phoned, and spoke to Petro Blom. When I arrived at the dealership, they had the car ready for me to test drive, and my overall experience was just great. Everyone was friendly and efficient and would highly recommend them. Thank you Petro and team.
Awesome service from CarTrack this morning. My car was stolen at 3:10, and recovered in under an hour. Constant updates on what was happening. Thanks CarTrack.
I had the unfortunate luck of having to replace items such as TV's and Sound Systems. Working with Brett from P&G Digital Zone was a breeze. Communication was top form and he assisted me all the way. Thanks for the great service guys!
