tHANK YOU TO THE WONDERFUL SECURITY LADY ON DUTY AT 13H30 AT THE MANABA BRANCH WHO LEFT HER POST TO COME AND PUSH MY TROLLEY TO THE TELLS . SHE SHOULD BE THE STORE MANAGER AND DEFINITELY IS A CUSTOMER RELATIONS PERSONS. AS FOR THE REST OF THE STAFF AN ABSOLUTE MINUS ZERO. THE LADY AT THE PAINT FROM DURAM WELL SHE DID NOT KNOW A THING AND HAD TO KEEP ASKING THE VARIOUS DISINTERESTED TALKING STAFF MEMBERS. NO PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE NO CUSTOMER CARE WHAT HAS BECOME OF THE NAME THAT BUILDERS BUILT UP, ABSOLUTELY NO GREETING EXCEPT FROM THE FRIENDLY CAR GUARD WHO DID MUCH BETTER THAN YOUR STAFF. SHAME ON YOU BUILDERS AND THE ONE STAR IS FOR THE SECURITY LADY AND CAR GUARD AND CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE ALL FELT THE SAME AS ME GO TO DOUGS ITS CLOSE PERSONAL PROFESSIONAL SERVICE PEOPLE WHO WANT YOUR BUSINESS.
I had enjoyed a wonderful experience last Sunday morning at South Coast Mall where the ever efficient staff transferred my details to my new phone and then we discussed the new contract I will take from October. However I could not get the whatsup messages so went into the Shelley Beach Store as I was right there. The assistant was hanging literally on the frame of the door totally disinterested and indicated to a gentleman who could help me I explained I AM A TELKOM CUSTOMER but he just shrugged his shoulders and said I should try the little mobile shop around the corner. WELL A FEW PACES BACK I went into MTN store in literally one second a smile showed me what to do and I was on my way. What a pity a poor experience at Shelly Beach has tarnished the wonderful work of the South Coast Mall staff. The lady hanging on the door who found it just too much effort to come into the store should really be told to go and GET A JOB as she obviously has no intention of upholding your company's name except the door and to the ill informed gentleman referring me to the Pakinstani I think he said shop around the corner when MTN was helpful and so professional.
I was welcomed to the car park by a well groomed and spoken gentleman Welcome was his name. What a difference to the man that was there that was there before. Scruffy hair and never neatly groomed. If I could give Ampath a ZERO I certainly would. I took a urine sample to Groenkloof but regretfully somehow the paper got wet inside the bag. I was treated as if I had urinated on the table of three really unfriendly young girls. and they lifted their noses when I profusely apologized not in anyway reassuring me that it was AN ACCIDENT. following that I received hundreds of text messages for the miserable R387 outstanding rand from the medical aid we needed to pay. AMPATH I told everyone on the day that I was absolutely mortified by the reception of what would have appeared three little inexperienced girls with no no etiquette and I am fully bilingual so my conversation was in Afrikaans and apology to match. THEN THE HUNDREDS OF MESSAGES IS TRULY OR UNPROFESSIONAL OR HILARIOUS. But certainly I can offer your staff etiquette classes at NO COST as they really need it
