Ordered products from an online retailer. Internet Express was unfortunately the courier service tasked with the picking-up of the products and the delivery of the products. Allegedly after multiple unsuccessful pick-up attempts, the 2 products were delivered - to 2 different addresses that weren’t even in the same province as the delivery address. My delivery details were entered correctly into the waybill but even then it was too difficult of a task. Terrible experience.
Ordered products 02/09/22 - received order confirmation email. It is now 27/10/2022 (almost 8 weeks later) and I have received only 1 of 3 items I ordered and payed for. All items were marked as “in stock” at time of order and yet still no delivery. I am told that the 2 outstanding products were delivered to 2 different addresses. Between the store, the courier service and the suppliers nobody seems to know where the products are. Terrible experience.
