TRUE DISGUSTING COLOURS SHOWN
These two have now gone off the map and taken a quarter of a million rand with them. They are the most despicable, unprofessional, dishonest, bull****ting **** I have ever come across. I honestly hope they stay in the cave they have crawled into, because if they ever come out, they are sure to poison the air around them with them overwhelmingly pungent aura of ***. AVOID THEM!!!! FLAG THEM!!!!

Well I am back, still without hearing a word from "The Chetty's" The level of ****ed off I am at this ridiculous couple cannot be put into words. In my view they have now ****** nearly a quarter of a million rand from us, and continue avoiding ALL attempts at contact. They need to be arrested and charged. This is why our attorneys are now getting involved. Please avoid this business. They are borderline ******** in my opinion!

Great consistency of bad service
It has been a couple of days since my last review of this company, and I am pleased to say they did not disappoint. They behaved exactly as they have since the start. I have received one email promising information will be sent to me in this week. It is nearly an exact copy of the email I received a week ago stating the same. My messages and phone calls are still being ignored, so I must honestly commend their consistency in this regards. Poor service from the start, and poor service throughout.

Pathetic and Unprofessional
3 months after paying this bunch of clowns for a very large PPE order, I am still waiting for my products. Repeated dodged phone calls and pathetic excuses from Karesha Chetty and Adam Chetty have gotten me to the limit of my considerable patience. Their service is the worst I have experienced in my life, and I would strongly suggest that anyone even considering making use of their services think again and walk the other way... fast. A one-star-review is not low enough for this disgusting, decrepit and pathetic behavior from persons calling themselves professionals.

Getting a refund is a nightmare!
On the 18th of January 2023 I placed an online order for blank products. Shortly thereafter I was informed that I was not entitled to purchase the goods unless I chose additional branding and additional costs. Totally acceptable. I cancelled the order and Karesha Chetty confirmed with me that the order was cancelled and a refund processed with Payflex (my chosen method of payment). It is now the 31st of January 2023 and still no refund processed - even after numerous emails / chats back and forth. Payflex won't cancel the order without Safety Max Online instructing them to do it, and if I don't pay Payflex then I get penalised. Totally unacceptable.

Quick to take payment. Slow to deliver goods.
Ordered products 02/09/22 - received order confirmation email. It is now 27/10/2022 (almost 8 weeks later) and I have received only 1 of 3 items I ordered and payed for. All items were marked as “in stock” at time of order and yet still no delivery. I am told that the 2 outstanding products were delivered to 2 different addresses. Between the store, the courier service and the suppliers nobody seems to know where the products are. Terrible experience.
