Quick to take payment. Slow to deliver goods.

Ordered products 02/09/22 - received order confirmation email.

It is now 27/10/2022 (almost 8 weeks later) and I have received only 1 of 3 items I ordered and payed for.

All items were marked as “in stock” at time of order and yet still no delivery. I am told that the 2 outstanding products were delivered to 2 different addresses.

Between the store, the courier service and the suppliers nobody seems to know where the products are.

Terrible experience.
