In February I noticed that on my payslip there is a policy from Sanlam Sky that was opened without my consent. I contacted Sanlam and I told them about this policy and the policy was cancelled. I was told that they will investigate about this *****ulent policy and their investigation is taking 12 weeks. I’ve been waiting for the outcomes of the investigation up until now I have not received any response. I contacted them via their call centre but I am not getting a straight answer the only answer that I am getting is that the case is with forensic. I’ve been getting that response from March up until today. The policy number for this policy is DS14610675
My car has been with them for a month now. But they haven’t fixed it yet. When you call them they will give you an estimation date of when you will get your car. But they are lying. Autobody works in PE I wouldn’t recommend this panel beater.
On the 15th of September I got into a car accident. I called them to make a claim. Up until now I am told that they are waiting for the police report. I emailed the police report to Mbali Maake who is responsible for my claim up until now I haven’t received any response from their side.
