I am so disappointed by MTN robbing me of my data I purchased a data that loads everyday I wake up no data I call their call centre am told my data was used I don’t know by who as I was sleeping I normally get notification during the day with the percentage of data that has been used but today I received nothing they just decided not to load my data
If I had an option of a putting a negative review I would, I had been servicing my car there since 2020 but the service I received this time around was nothing but horrible.. I took in my car for service on Friday nothing was wrong with my car around 11 I received a call from them as per norm informing me what needs to be fixed on my car again around 2 they confirm the car is done I may come to collect when I arrive I pay the amount due after I am told I should also look into my battery I don’t pay much attention to it coz I know I has changed my battery not so long I go and also battery fault is a build up of which it is not something that just dies overnight. So when I ask for my cars keys so I may go am told they still going to jumpstart the car 1st now that draws my attention coz it is surprising and alarming that I brought in my car without any battery issues now I need to be jump started I express my dissatisfaction, one guy says there is a footage available I request to see the footage of which it took over an hour for me to be able to see the footage even the footage offered does not show everything but where I had left my car when they moved it they was no error and it was moved again without any fault only after they had taken my vehicle in and worked on it when they needed to move it back after they had worked on it it shows lights as if battery is not responding but their cameras apparently do not show the side where it shows the front to be able to see what was actually done on the car ….meantime waiting for the footage I had do experience being harassed by their receptionist. The guy who was initially working on my car promises to get the footage sent to me by Saturday or Monday, Monday morning I sent him a text only to receive a call from the owner shouting and making all threats and refusing to send the footage of which I was promised by one of his employees… now am stuck with the car that has a battery that is basically dead and no one is willing to take accountability but am just being threatened the owner even went to an extent of sending me voicenotes.
I am so disappointed in the service that one receives at Discovery it’s so sad we pay our premiums on a monthly basis without fail but when our health is concern we don’t get the service I looged a query almost 2 weeks back 1stly I had to wait for days until I called and I was told they are documents I needed to submit I did and they keep on saying they are unable to open the documents but surprisingly the very same documents when I send to everyone else they are able to view so now am unable to be assisted to get the authorization of which my life depends on yet I have a medical aid but I must just sit and wait to die with my child.
I can’t believe after 2 years I have to come to hello Peter again is through this horrible company and their bad service 1stly is was my short term of which I cancelled immediately and now it’s the medical aid it’s a pity for me to cancel I will have to wait till end of the year as they’re in partnership with the company I work for. I really do not understand what is the point of having a medical aid but when you need it mostly it won’t do anything for you. I was admitted in hospital March after several attempts going to the GPs and hospital as well so I was referred to a specialist of which when I arrived for my appointment my condition was worse of which led to me having to be admitted and I spent two nights month later I receive the statement of my bill of which discovery had settled funds of my stay in hospital but they did not pay 2 of the doctors who were taking me to theatre based on the fact that the codes didn’t show it was an emergency for me to be admitted I have been trying to get assistance since than with no help now am left with a huge debt that I need to pay and I have no money to afford it that means I will be blacklisted where as I pay medical aid on the monthly basis, even now am still not well but am even afraid to continue getting any assistance as I am uncertain my medical aid will help or not coz I know I wouldn’t be able to afford it out of my own costs.
I am very much disappointed with the service I have received so far from discovery, I had an incident on the 18/09/2022 called in for road assistance it initially came within 10 minutes than called in the following day to provide police report nothing was than communicated I kept on getting calls from unknown people saying they are sent by Discovery they want to know where the car is mind you at that moment I wasn’t told also where my car is, kept on calling than I received an sms on the 22/08/2022 that Sindiswa Mbuthuma will be handling my claim and will get more details in 24 hours on the 26 I called in again was told my car hasn’t even been done an inspection as it wasn’t submitted they will log it for today, today I receive an email that the inspection has been cancelled I called in again and was told I had 2 claims for one incident but I will be contacted today to receive further communication nothing is being said again and no one is even responding to my emails.
