Wi-Fi went off on Saturday night at about 23:00. On Sunday nothing changed, and we only received automated sms's stating that the Winterstrand area is offline. On Monday the same. On Tuesday they started following in Eskom's footsteps, as the Wi-Fi was on and off during the day, and superslow. I spoke to customer care agents 4 times, and requested that a senior person call me back which still did not happen. My upload is supposed to be 3.0mb/s and the download 8.0mb/s, but it is only 0.77mb/s and 4.50mb/s. I have a online business and my son is doing online schooling, and is busy prepping for his Matric exam. Before signing up with Border Internet (Herotel East London) go and read all the posts on facebook about their *** service. If only we did it... They should change their name to Zerotell
On the first occasion the Witbank branch made a stuff up by delivering a parcel meant for a client of mine, at a completely wrong address and without asking a pin code. This was only rectified after numerous phonecalls from my side, and after their driver eventually figured out where he delivered the parcel and managed to get it back. It was delivered to my client more than a week late. On the second occasion, I booked a parcel for overnight delivery via the East London Settlers Way branch. What poor, pathetic service! Phoned in the morning to confirm if my parcel had arrived, and was told it would only arrive later in the day. Phoned again at about 12:00 and got told that my parcel was still at the JHB Hub! Spoke to Melissa Uys ( what a waste of time) who just made empty promises about finding out what is going on, and to call me back. Eventually after lots of phone calls I got hold of Faizel ( branch manager) on his cell. Faizel then called me back and told me that the branch or hub is not on a route that can send my parcel overnight! ***?? When I emailed Courier Guy to book the parcel for overnight delivery, nobody bothered to tell me this. I made a promise to a client and could not deliver due this. Non of the (several) ladies that I spoke to, gave a flying **** about my problem. None of them bothered to call me back with an update or solution. Best of all...my parcel will only be arriving tomorrow. Rather pay more and use another courier company. Courier Guy can NOT deliver on time!
