please anyone try to create an account with buffalo, and see how useless that is. code never comes and nowhere you try you can talk to a human to be helped
App**** online for a Bozza gigs pre paid sim card. 3days later the sim card is delivered to my door and all RICA documents handed to delivery guy. sim card is active but 0 DATA. calling mtn 3 times a week, got a refrence number , got transferred 50 times to different people just to get no help at all, still NO DATA. Went to MTN story and was told I cannot be helped, I can only call customer services.....with the usual ZERO help. Over 3 weeks now and guess what.. still 0 DATA, promises of case resolved in 24 hours about 7 times. Where do you go for MTN help?
Now the 3rd month unauthorised debit orders is loaded on my account. Go into the branch to dispute the debit order and got told it happens because I give my details to anyone!!!! The person who" helped" us told us that they have no idea who this debitorder is from or who charged it to my account. So basically anyone can put a debitorder on your Capitec account and the bank would not be able to tell you who did it. To dispute this is only a R29.00 click away and money reversed! Funny how money can that easily reversed from an unknown account. It is almost as if they got an account out of which refunds is paid, minus the fee ........almost like an inside job........knowing not everybody will reverse it and making R29.00 from who ever does.......FUNNY
Ordered tyres online , everything went well till 2 days later they called me telling they only have 2 tyres available, and offered that I get 2 different tyres, wich I refused. Asked for a refund and now there is NO responce..NO email.. NO phone..NO human to help you on whatsapp and NO service. planning on visiting their adress to resolve this ghosting issue, unless someone replies
Very quick to tell you it is an auto trading program that trades for you when you can not, because of work or what ever reason. 2 days later the countless e-mails start warning you to keep depositing money to keep your position. Locked out of your account within a week of no trading. money I deposited gone in as flash...stay away please
Help centre is very unprofesional and useless to assist with any query with my ''send cash'' that is not working for almost 2 days now ,it only show that it is unavailable, the only help I get is to be told to keep trying the payment. How long do I keep on trying ,and be unsuccessful until somebody can actually help me?
Forget reversing a double payment with capitec.....they just won't assist you no matter how hard you try... a simple payment reversal must become a civil matter and you need to spend countless hours and money to try to reverse R2000....pathetic bank
