I had purchased a Cadbury dream chocolate and found something black inside the chocolate. When I emailed the company about the product with all the information, I was told that because I discarded the product, they cannot help me.
I have placed an order for a pair of sneakers on the 27th of August and I have not received any delivery after the date given. I contacted their customer service and asked for a refund and still have not heard anything from them yet. This is soo disappointing and I don't think I will be ordering online again.
Yesterday I used Uber to get to the hospital. I used my card to pay for the ride and I was charged twice for the same trip. 1st for the amount of R140 and half an hour later l was charged again for the amount of R145. I have seen numerous emails to Uber to rectify the problem but to no avail. This morning I went to the bank to check my account and they had informed me that I was charged twice for the total amount of R285. It's been a very unpleasant experience.
