Good day I am very disappointed, irritated and frustrated at the customer service received. I contacted your consumer line on 3rd March as I had a complain to lay against chocolate that I purchased it contained a thick layer of white residue. I was asked to send pics of the product as well as best before date, batch details etc which I did. I received an email 2 data later saying I will receive a compensation voucher via sms. I called a few weeks later to follow up as I hadn't received the voucher yet and Steven rep**** and said it will take 2 week. Today it is longer than 2 weeks later. I called in again and spoke to a very rude male, I never got his name but he was clearly not interested in anything I had to say and kept telling me there is nothing he can do and I must just wait another week. I sent 3 emails before calling today and they were ignored. Since Cadbury products are manned by this outsourcing company which is clearly overseas based the service has dropped immensely. This is so sad as Cadbury is a top of the range product. It's sad that customers service agents that that they have the right to disrespect a customer without even acknowledging that it is inappropriate. I sincerely hope that an employer of Cadbury or Mondelez will see this and do the necessary. My reference number is : {S-16246525}

I bought a mint Bubbly chocolate by Cadbury, when I opened it, the chocolate was white. I reported the situation to Cadbury and was greeted by Mondelez South Africa. I forwarded my complaint accompanied by the pictures and kept it for them to collect. They did not collect it, the sent an email saying they are sorry, the quality of the chocolate is still though although appearance and the texture will be different, but unfortunately they are unable to confirm if its an issue in my area but as a courtesy gave me an electronic voucher of R60 stating, when I make my next purchase, I will get a R60 discount. So I forfeit the one I have and am told to go buy again and I will get a discount, but also encouraging by saying the chocolate is still the same just the color and texture, for me to get sick? If I went to the newspaper this would have gone much different

Cadbury Famous Tiny Finger Size Lunch Bar , Doesn't taste like chocolate 2 peanuts , thick hard caramel ,dry hard waffle most chocolates are "COCOA PLANT" & have flavour, Cadbury Mondelez have a way of cheating the ingredients and expecting customers to pay double for no flavour *****ing ingredients. Will definitely make sure never buy CADBURY products again. Unprofessional Yordan dismissed my mom a voucher for her tiny finger no flavor lunch bar. Thank You😆🙄

Stale and inedible products still on the shelves, well after the best-before date. Reported the product to the company, offered a solution, accepted the same and never received what was promised. Still waiting, 3 weeks later, and the company no longer responds to email. Disappointed.

I have noticed that the Cadbury's chocolate flavour is not as usual, tastes weak, waxy and even the colour looks lighter. I checked the pack and was shocked to see that the actual cocoa content has been reduced to only 20%! Last year it was 30%. The Cocoa has been removed and more unhealthy FAT has been added. I see I am not alone; the whole world seems to be complaining. Even King Charles has removed the Royal Warrant that was granted to Cadbury's chocolate in 1854 because of the poor quality. (Just Google and see all the complaints from around the world) Shame on you Mondelez for destroying such a wonderful product! It's Greed! Greed and more GREED!!! Cadbury's chocolate takes like cheap stuff now. I'm sorry to say that in it's current state I will not be buying it anymore.
