Makro - No Customer Care?
We bought an Inverter from Makro Bloemfontein. From right out of the box it wasn't working correctly. We returned it on our expense to the store. We were then given a replacement but no cables included. We are based in Kimberley so we can't drive up and done for minor things like this. I phoned to ask for a refund as we no longer have use for it as we made another plan. With the first call no one was available to speak to me. Same with the second call. On the third call I managed to get a direct phone number. After phoning 7 times I finally got through to someone. The consultant said she would phone me to let me know how to proceed from there. I've been waiting for 2 days now. We paid a lot for this thing and we can't even see if it's working because we cannot charge it without its cables.
