Excellent communication, professionalism and flexibility.
Excellent communication, prices, professionalism and flexibility. Processing and delivery of orders also exceptionally fast - this morning I paid online and it was delivered 3 hours later!

Im giving Uniterm Direct a disappointing review im saddend and highly disappointed with the team Abigail and Shaun ... My first experience with them was upsetting they gave me the wrong price for the product I bought my Cudy Mesh ac1200 was overpriced and when queried about it concerning the price they never assisted me properly ... Price was incorrect,service and communication terrible ... My Cudy Mesh is atleast the only positive thing I got from them ... I wouldn't recommend Uniterm Direct they suck when it concerns their customers ...

Micro UPS
I received excellent service from Justin at Uniterm Direct. I ordered a Micro UPS but needed 2 additional cables to the single cable that was supplied with the UPS. Although Uniterm Direct did not have readymade cables Justin made the additional cables up for me and included them in my order at no additional cost. I'll definitely use them again

<p>Order placed late Tuesday night.</p> <p>EFT goes through Wednesday morning.</p> <p>Doorbell rings with delivery Thursday morning before I leave for work!</p> <p> </p> <p>And all this from Cape Town to Durban.</p> <p>Absolutely fantastic service, coupled with great prices; I couldnt ask for more from an internet vendor.</p> <p>I can only hope for the exponential expansion of your business. Always a pleasure to use them
Thanks for the very fast delivery got my item the next day from Cape Town which is amazing after just sending my proof of payment yesterday afternoon.<br> <br> Can't wait to use the router
