I ordered two items RCO-D3F-BRP and it said it would come before Christmas yet now I see it says it will only come in the new year halfway through January.<br> <br> Wish you wouldn't change your dates on the whim now I won't have them for Christmas.

Never noticed because of the colour of the laptop, but there is a crack underneath the laptop and scratches was a bit suspicious when I saw that the seal was broken seemed someone tried to open the back.
I am a bit disappointed and ordered my Yoshi Wooly World on the 26th May in hopes of the preorder Yoshi key ring as advertised here as nowhere else was giving one. <br> <br> [URL Removed] <br> <br> Opened up my parcel today and noticed there is no preorder bonus item to be found anywhere and even opened up the game box to see if they may have put it in there, but still nothing. I am an avid collector of all preorder items and find this very irritating and against the marketing rules as it does not say limited anywhere and there is no special rules to bar me out.
Keep getting this error \Authentication Failed and your Secure Code service has been suspended"when trying to purchase online and won't allow me to put in my secure code. It was working for a year fine until last night when it gave this error.<br> <br> I went to the branch in the mall to try and get it fixed and to get a new Secure code and never received a sms"

Still haven't received my S6 after my initial complaint on Hellopeter on April 14th and everywhere store I phone says they have no stock, yet MTN, Vodacom and Cell C all have stock and are getting stock every single week from Samsung and could have got my S6 if I went with them instead in the first place.<br> <br> So why can't Telkom mobile get stock of the S6 with the wireless charger as it seems it is not a Samsung problem as they stated when I called and queried at the branch.<br> <br> If I can't get my S6 by the end of the week or Monday I will sadly have to change to another mobile provider even if it costs me more.
We went to the Telkom mobile store at the Midlands mall, Pietermaritzburg and completed all the application forms with everything required for the new Samsung s6 R499 contract on Friday 10th. They showed us the sealed phoned associated with our contract and they said they couldn't give it to us immediately until my particulars were approved and we were told we would get a call as soon as it is a approved.<br> <br> On Sunday 12th I called them to query whether it has been approved as I had not yet had any feedback from them and they said the consultant is busy right now and they will call back later. Much later in the day I got a call from the lady Nicole who said that the whole batch of s6 phones that they received were faulty and they have to return them. I then went down in my car to the store to see the faulty phones, but they wouldn't show them to me and said they already sent them back to the supplier.<br> <br> On Monday 13th my mother went in and she wanted to know what was faulty with the batch, she was then told that there wasn't a batch fault, but it was the phone allocated to us that was faulty. On asking how they knew it was faulty they said they had opened it.<br>
I was suppose to receive my game Xenoblade on Thursday which I preordered, but apparently it will only come on Tuesday was planning to play it on this long weekend. It is not the first time this has happened and starting to regret buying games which release on Thursday/Friday as you never send it a day or two before the release date.<br> <br> Had the same problem with my New 3ds xl which took forever to arrive in February and almost gave up on it. I am pretty disappointed that you have dropped the ball this time with the 3ds merchandise.
