Dear Sterns today I just want to thank you I walked into your store the ladies behind the counters were friendly and welcoming. I especialy want to thank the lady that asisted me with looking at different rings she was patient, friendly and did not get at all irratated with me. I will most certainly support you thank you once again for being friendly and showing patience.
American Swiss I think its time you started teaching your staff customer service of which there is absoultly no service. I went into your store on arrival the lady behind the counter barley acknowldged me, I asked her if she could please assist me as there were some rings that i wanted to look at she eventualy came and opened up the display cabinet. It felt as though she was doing me a very big favour and that i was waisting her time on doing nothing. Well I eventualy decided if that is how American Swiss treats thier clients than I will take my money else where. I think its time you start pulling up your socks and a smile wont kill you.
As I previously stated I bought two pairs of shoes same brand different color's, both pairs of shoes after being worn once started to unglue by the sole. I sent the shoes back they refunded me for the one pair but not the other pair stating that the shoes were damaged?? The shoes were worn today I received the shoes back they are perfectly fine. I am extremely DISSAPPOINTED with Takealot!!! Do not buy shoes from them I have now learnt my lesson and they have now lost a client. If these shoes had been bought in store they would have refunded me immediately how is this even ethical??????
Dear Takealot I have through the years bought many items on your site, I have also returned many items without any hassles. This year my daughter did a beauty pageant that required 2 sets of heels i purchased both sets same shoe in different colours from the Missy Missi sandals. On wearing the shoes to her practice sessions the soles on both sets of shoes started to unglue. I was not going to keep shoes that i had purchased a month and that was only worn for a few hours so I returned them . Yesterday I recieve an email that the black set will be credited but the beige set will not? How does that work TAKEALOT if I had purchased the shoes in store they would have credited me immediately I want my credit I will not pay money for items that can not even last being worn a few hours?? What nonsense is this why do you have a warranty? It would be a different story if I had only returned the shoes months later but its only been less than a month??? I am very DISSAPPOINTED!!! I hope you sort this issue out !!!
Last month I put a review on Rain and their service at the time I was not happy at all, I just want to thank Tanya from Rain for contacting me immediately and sending through my credit as requested. In the two years of being with them the only time I had issues with my internet has been in the last two months. Thank You Rain for attending so quickly to my issues that is really good customer service and to the lady who assitted me on Friday I don't recall her name thank you for being so polite and understanding there should be more people like you. Thank you Rain !
Rain Internet service please be warned there service is terrible, I contacted them earlier this month as I have been having issues with the network connection some days there was no connection at all. They responded saying it was a faulty tower but how do they expect me to pay for service if there is none there are days that I work from home as I explained to the support team on the 21st of June I cancelled with Rain and had another service provider put in which cost me extra money of which I do not really have but I did not have a choice as I need a reliable internet provider for my work. I than phoned Rain and requested that they give me a credit for the month of September as most of it was spent with no internet coverage only to be told by their operator that they are giving me a credit for three days of R 40.00 and I am expected to pay the outstanding amount. Now please explain to me Rain how can you only give me a credit for only three days if in actual fact out of the 30 days in September 10 Days I've been with my new service provider? Your operator argued with me telling me I had used the Internet and that I was liable to pay for that so if that was the case Rain why did i install a new service provider in the middle of the month???? You could have met me half way and at least given me a credit for half of what I needed to pay you!!! Please to anyone thinking of going with them don't you will come to regret it as I have!!! In fact if I could I would not have given you a star at all really bad service Rain!!!!!
