We have a really difficult dog who generally doesn’t like people or other dogs, so finding someone we trust has always been a challenge. Kaitlin at Pawfect Pet Care is absolutely amazing. She looks after him so well and makes him feel safe, loved, and comfortable. He is treated like absolute royalty,from playtime to the level of care and attention he receives. Knowing he’s in such capable and loving hands gives us complete peace of mind. I am writing to formally lodge a complaint afor my recent booking at 1OnAlbert 2 bed Parking in Cape Town, which was scheduled from Friday, 13th September to Tuesday, 17th September. Upon arrival at the property, I was appalled by the condition of the accommodation. The place was an absolute mess, with the following specific issues: The property was not clean. The bedroom windows did not close properly. There were throw-up stains on the couch. The accommodation did not match the description and photos advertised on your website. Due to these unacceptable conditions, I checked out the same night of check-in. I promptly informed the property management of my decision and subsequently canceled my booking on Booking.com, requesting a full refund since the accommodation was uninhabitable and not as advertised. Despite my timely actions, I have yet to receive a response or any indication of a refund being processed from Booking.com. As of today, 19th September, I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and resolution regarding this matter. You have lost a customer!

In 20 Camborne Road, Pennington Complex ,today is day 4 with no power. We have put in the complaints online gone to the department to complain. We have not had power since morning of 10 Jan 2024. It is currently 13 Jan and we still don't have power. No one has showed up to look at the problem. This is pathetic service deliver. We still sit another night with without power and proper feedback.
In 2022 the service from ACRA has totally dropped. We are a company and send people there for training regurarly. Lately we are waiting 4 days to 7 days for an invoice to make payment. Once payment is made we provide it to ACRA and when the candidate arrives for training they get told payment was not made and training cannot continue. We again then have to resend proof of payment so they will train the candidate.
