If you want a peace of mind never send any money or your coins to this app its a **** firstly you will encounter problems with verification kyc, once you have managed to complete that, when you suppose to withdraw your money it will give you an error and even if you try to contact ther support for help, they ignore, they never answer... pure ****
This company doesn't even deserve a star I've never seen a business platform that doesn't care about their customers, I bought things online last week Tuesday, then received a message on Monday that my order is out for delivery, till today I haven't received my order, I tried communicating on whatsapp and Facebook but there's no answer... your online service sucks coz it's not the first time I experience this...
You people don't even deserve a star because this is not the first time happening, I've just made an order online then it was delivered now but the chicken is rotten, it even spell bad. You just wanna kill us with food poisoning.
I've tried to communicate with this company regarding my debit orders, I've sent them countless emails every month, but they still debit money any time the want, they have poor communication system, even when you try to call them you will end up hanging up the phone because no agent will attend to your call, I regret taking a funeral cover with these people.
I made 2 orders from this company and now all these orders are overdue when you contact their customer service they ignore you, don't bother yourself doing business with them
My account was placed on hold since last year, but this bank has been taking banking fees, how are they deducting money from an account they put onhold.

Your restaurant in lenasia South is just terrible when it comes to online service if they don't forget my cold drink or juice they deliver after 2hours. Today I placed an order then they didn't deliver my juice, when I call them they say, they can only deliver the juice tomorrow. Will never order from any of your restaurants.
