UNPROFESSIONAL & ********* "SERVICE"
Absolutely shocking & unprofessional "service" by salesman MIKE. I informed him via WhatsApp that I would be viewing a Suzuki Swift on Saturday, 26th April. I phoned him to confirm I was on my way, only to be informed that the car had been sold yesterday. DIDN'T HAVE THE COMMON DECENCY TO CONTACT & INFORM ME. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND

Failure to address & resolve complaints
My vehicle went in for clutch repairs & auto electrical repairs. They advertise that they undertake auto electrical repairs, yet outsourced these repairs to someone who could not even provide a breakdown of work undertaken. Following that they damaged my car radio, which was completely in tact when the vehicle went in for repairs. Manageress is rude & copied me in an email, the contents of which were not only rude, but undermining. Would totally not recommend this Company.

Makro online orders
Do not respond to emails. Online orders take so long to dispatch orders one may as well go into the store & shop. Customer service is non existent.

Shocking service, and delayed delivered
Shocking response times / lie on their status updates (states recipient could not be reached, however they admit the driver ran out of time). Been promised a delivery since 30.11.2022, however to-date (05.12.2022) NO DELIVERY HAS BEEN MADE. One phones their customer care, however they don't even bother to call back on the status. Absolutely NOT recommended & don't deliver as per promises. Driver also arrogant and ignores phone calls
