STAY AWAY FROM VAN SCHAIK BOOKSTORE!
I will never ever order a book from this store ever again. I ordered a maths book for my daughter on 7 January 2014. Paid on 8 January 2024 and sent proof of payment. precious Ngomane has promised me delivery so many times I stopped counting. I have phoned twice and every time I am put on hold. When I ask to speak to the manager, there is apparently none available. When I lodge a complaint on their website, no one responds. When Precious phoned me back she explained they never shipped the book at all. My daughter is writing her first math's test on Friday and she still does not have her book and today is 24 January 2024.

Terrible service
PT Paint and Panel fixed my mother’s car after she had an accident. They took extremely long to fix the car and their communication was shockingly poor. When the car was finished they did not have the car’s badge. They promised that they will let us know as soon as the badge arrives. It is now 5 months later and still no badge. I have sent many messages, phoned Solomon but to no avail. They do not even have the decency to phone me back. This whole experience with PT Paint & Panel was shockingly bad. I will now report them to Outsurance as well.
