Was involved in an accident (bumped from the back) on 18 April 2025. 1st for Women appointed PT Paint and Panel to fix my vehicle, who informed me on 7 May that the car is handed to them. It has been 3 months and 3 weeks without the car. Was promised that by 15 August 2025 they will be done. 14 August 2025 I am told they cannot finish because my car is reacting to the paint and so it will be taken back to preparation department, so it can be repainted. On 18 August, it will be exactly 4 months without the car, 4 full months.

Worst panelbeaters to do work for.did work in September and still haven't been paid.everytime you call the manager he says his sorting the payment out but nothing happens.owner ignores messages and phone calls.i regret releasing the vehicles without payment.they never to be trusted.

PT Paint and Panel was appointed as the panel beater to repair my car which had been in an accident. They were easy to deal with and the quality of their workmanship was of a high standard. They made sure that the repair was up to standard and did not rush the work. I appreciated the personal service when they delivered the car directly to me on completion of the work.

PT Paint and Panel was appointed as the panel beater to repair my car which had been in an accident. They were easy to deal with and the quality of their workmanship was of a high standard. They made sure that the repair was up to standard and did not rush the work. I appreciated the personal service when they delivered the car directly to me on completion of the work.

I recently sent my Volvo to PT Paint & Panel of Sandton, Wynberg on the 5th September 2022. My vehicle, 2018 Volvo XC90 D5 Inscription, had a minor bumper bashing which required the bootlid / tailgate, right tail light and rear bumper to be replaced. PT Paint & Panel eventually completed the work after approximately 4 weeks but the bumper was not perfectly aligned with the body panels and most importantly, the colour was visibly incorrect yet the service provider tried to push the vehicle as complete and with correct colour. They claimed that paint reacts differently to plastic versus metal hence the difference in colour. This claim did not make sense and I showed them the front bumper of the vehicle which is still in its original painted state yet there is no mismatch of colour. After immediately escalating this to the manager (Soloman), it was agreed the colour was indeed mismatched. It was a matte silver compared to metallic silver. The silver "glitter" effect in the paint was missing. A re-work / respray was agreed to plus a proper fitting of the bumper. PT Paint & Panel has had my vehicle for now going on 6 weeks (including the 1st attempt above) and is unable to match the colour, colour being Electric Silver Metallic. As far as I am aware they have resprayed the said parts at least 4 times without success. I am extremely dissatisfied with this service provider. I do not believe that this service provider deserves to be Volvo approved for the following reasons: Poor communication and customer service, Poor quality workmanship, Lack of necessary skills, Unethical or disingenuous behaviour I am still waiting for my vehicle and the service provider is still not keeping me updated on the progress.

PT Paint and Panel fixed my mother’s car after she had an accident. They took extremely long to fix the car and their communication was shockingly poor. When the car was finished they did not have the car’s badge. They promised that they will let us know as soon as the badge arrives. It is now 5 months later and still no badge. I have sent many messages, phoned Solomon but to no avail. They do not even have the decency to phone me back. This whole experience with PT Paint & Panel was shockingly bad. I will now report them to Outsurance as well.

PT Paint and Panel fixed my mother’s car after she had an accident. They took extremely long to fix the car and their communication was shockingly poor. I took my car for body work at RONWIC MOTORS as referred to by insurance. Mr AJ and his team stole my tyres, battery, jack and broke other parts of my car and now he not even taking my calls. So people must be careful of this company.
